- Behavior - While playing the game you should always be sure to have fun,
but should must also respect the rights of other players to enjoy the game as well.
Such behavior falls into two categories, behavior that is never allowed and
behavior that must stop if it is offensive to anyone in a public channel.
- Swearing, harassment, stalking, sexual play, racist comments, CAPS, and flooding is not allowed at anytime
- Your player name cannot contain any foul, sexual, or racist language of any kind, nor can it make you seem associated with NetDragons.com or Game Ops. Doing so will cause the user to be removed from the account.
- Ribbing, taunting, and other forms of playful competition is allowed so long as your actions do not offend anyone.
- Fairness of Game play - Players cannot use any method that gives them
an unfair advantage over other players. This includes:
- Robots or other automatic means of playing the game
- Throwing fights in order to gain experience for yourself or gold for others
- Using more then one account/player at the same time is strictly forbidden
- Allowing others to play your character when you cannot play
- Hacking the game's security in any way
- GameOp - Game Operators are here to maintain the integrity and
family friendly environment of the game. They are not around to answer
questions or chit chat. If you need help on the game, check out the online

- Asking unrelated questions to a GameOp. Asking why you or someone else was punished is allowed
- Disrespecting or impersonating a GameOp is strictly forbidden
- Arguing with or threatening the GameOp is strictly forbidden
- Asking for or revealing the identity of a GameOp is strictly forbidden.
- Other Terms
- The game will be updated from time which may require you to download additional software, such updating will be much more frequent during the beta testing periods.
- The software comes with no warranty and is provided on an as-is bases only
- NetDragons.com is not responsible for the actions other players take while playing the game. While we try and maintain a friendly environment some users may always be around to disturb the peace.
- While every effort is made to ensure game servers are available circumstances beyond our control may cause them to be inaccessible. Users will not be refunded for such outages unless they last more then 12 hours.
