Q: Should I give my password out when asked by a GameOp or other Staff Members?
A: No! Never give your password out to anyone. Game Ops or Staff Memebers will never ask you for your password. Never give your password out to anyone.

Q: Someone Stole my account, what should I do?
A: Simple, have your password e-mail to you, this works even if the person changed your e-mail address. Once you have the password login to the web site and Undo the E-mail Address Change. After that all you have to do is Change your Password.

Q: I have a Standard account, what does that get me?
A: A trial account will give you 1MB of bandwidth to use per week so you can help test the game. If you want to play more then that you will need to order a paid account.

Q: 1MB Per Week, when do I get More? Monday, Sunday, Friday?
A: You get more bandwidth seven days from when you last got it. For example if you first logged in on Sat Feb 8th at 1PM you'll get more bandwidth on Feb 15th at 1PM.

Q: How many characters may I create under one account?
A: You can have as many players you want under one account, however, you will only be able to have a single player from your entire account on at any given time, even if you use more than one computer. It's best not to share an account.

Q: I never got my verification e-mail, what should I do?
A: You should have it sent to you again. However, you should check to make sure the reason the e-mail did not get dilivered is fixed before you request it to be sent again.

Q: How do I create another character under my account?
A: You do this the same way you created your first character. Login with your e-mail address and password, be sure to leave the Player field blank. You will be albe to create a new character.

Q: I forgot my password, can you help?
A: Just have us e-mail your password. As long as you still have access to the e-mail address you registered under, your password will arrive in a matter of seconds.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Edit your Account.

Q: I have a Gold acount, but am not going to be able to play for a extended period of time. Is there anything I can do?
A: Yes, you can put your acount to sleep. Putting your acount to sleep allows you to keep the time you paid for when you have to leave for a long period of time. Once your acount is asleep you will not be able to play VQ2 and your acount must stay asleep for at least 10 days. If you make a mistake and don't want to put your account to sleep you have one hour to wake it up.

Q: What about reward points?
A: We have not integrated the reward accounts into the VQ2 web site. Once that is done you'll be able to use reward points to get more bandwidth. This should be done by the end of March.

Q: The gold account seems like a much better deal, why would I want a silver account?
A: Part of the problem with many online games is that they don’t cater to the casual player. The gold account is better if you plan on playing a great deal, however the Silver account is designed for the person who wants to play for maybe an hour a day.

Q: Just what is this Falados's Guide we get access to if we pay?
A: Falados's Guide is indepth information provided by the person who wrote the game. It has far more detailed information then the game manual along with some other secrets.

Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Accounts cannot be deleted, but don't worry, we'll never e-mail, charge you, or sell your information. Your account will just sit there idle and will be there if you ever want to play again.

Q: If I get a paid account will you bill me automatically when my bandwidth or time runs out?
A: Nope, everytime your account runs low you will have to buy more manually.
